The House on a Cliff may seem an ambitious feat, but for RCON it’s another day on the job. This tactical, four story cliffside lot was one couple’s dream build and we are happy to help make it a reality. Seated in the SW Hills, this lot features city views and a suburban vibe despite being steps away from the culture of rose city. The Upper Hall Residennce provides privacy yet features an outdoor pool, spa and wine cellar while offering nighttime views of  the city of Portland.
